OUR SERVICE

Less to manage.
More to come back to.

One calm workspace for the conversations that matter — with a clear path from audio to understanding.

From capture to a reviewed record

Record at your pace

Real microphone recording with pause, resume and an explicit save. Leaving the recording view or backgrounding the app pauses capture.

Bring existing audio

Import MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC or Opus files. The app saves its own copy and leaves the original file untouched.

Keep a local library

Reopen, replay, seek and rename your recordings. Search your history and delete individual conversations from device storage.

Review the words

Read timestamps and speaker labels, search or filter the transcript, rename speakers and correct passages. Copy reviewed text or share it as TXT through your phone. Guest transcripts are clearly labelled fictional examples.

Confirm before transcription

The account flow checks your available minutes, uploads with consent, measures the audio and asks you to confirm the minute cost before transcription. Interrupted jobs can reconnect. Upload and transcription are currently paused pending phone testing.

Make meeting minutes

Review the transcript first, then confirm one generation attempt. The flow sends the reviewed text and your instruction to OpenAI to draft a summary, decisions and action items. Edit, copy or share the result as TXT. The updated app build and live validation are pending.

Where things stand

In testing

Mobile capture and accounts

Local recording, import, playback and offline demos are available in test builds. Account recovery, deletion and store purchase flows are implemented; physical purchase validation and public store approval remain pending.

Awaiting rollout

Transcription and minutes

The transcription flow is implemented but cloud uploads and execution remain paused. Meeting-minutes generation is enabled on the service; its app screen and editable instructions need an updated build. Live phone testing is still pending.

A few things to know.

Do I need an account to record?

No. Guest capture, import, playback and bundled examples work offline. Configured builds offer email/password, Apple sign-in on iOS and Google sign-in on iOS/Android. Account processing requires sign-in and available audio minutes.

Will my recording be transcribed automatically?

No. Saving keeps the audio locally. The transcription flow requires upload consent and confirmation of the measured minute cost. Cloud transcription is currently paused pending phone testing.

Will signing in restore my conversations?

No. History, audio, corrections and saved minutes belong to this device. Signing in restores your account and minute balance, not a cloud library. Signing out or deleting an account leaves local conversations in place.

Can I regenerate meeting minutes?

The current flow allows one confirmed generation attempt per real transcript. You can edit the result, but later transcript or instruction changes do not unlock another attempt. Failed or uncertain attempts cannot be retried yet.

Can I use it on my computer?

This version focuses on iOS and Android. Desktop product and release support are deferred.

Does the app interface support Chinese?

The latest app interface supports English and Traditional Chinese throughout. It follows a supported device language until you choose a language in Profile. Transcription language is a separate preference; your recordings, transcript text and edits keep their own language. Cantonese meeting minutes default to formal Traditional Chinese.
